Web Hosting

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee exclusively for web hosting plans purchased for a period of 1 year or more. If you are not fully satisfied with our web hosting services within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, you may submit a refund request and we will process it promptly.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Refunds are only applicable to new purchases of annual or longer plans.
  • Renewal payments are non-refundable, regardless of the billing cycle or plan duration.
  • Monthly and short-term web hosting plans are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

VPS Hosting

All VPS (Virtual Private Server) hosting plans are strictly non-refundable. Due to the nature of virtual server provisioning — which involves immediate allocation of dedicated resources — we are unable to offer refunds once a VPS plan has been activated. We encourage you to review the plan specifications carefully before making a purchase.

Dedicated Servers

Dedicated server services are non-refundable. Given the exclusive allocation of physical hardware and the associated setup costs, all payments for dedicated servers are final and cannot be reversed after the service has been provisioned.

Domain Registrations & Renewals

Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable. Once a domain registration or renewal has been processed, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed. This is due to the immediate nature of domain registration with the respective registry authorities.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under our web hosting policy, please contact our support team within the eligible period. Include your account details and the reason for your request, and our team will review and respond as quickly as possible.
